This service is only available to individuals over the age of 18 with full civil capacity. If you are under 18 and do not meet the foregoing requirements, please stop registering an account or using our services.
1.1 This Agreement is an agreement between the user and E2SKIN regarding the user's use of E2SKIN (including but not limited to websites, the E2SKIN app) related services. "E2SKIN" refers to E2SKIN's operator, E2SKIN Inc., and its related companies that may exist for related services. "User" refers to the user of E2SKIN's related services, hereinafter referred to as "you" in this Agreement.
1.2 The specific service content under this Agreement refers to the products and services provided by E2SKIN to users based on actual circumstances, including but not limited to virtual item trading malls, games, event participation platforms, comments, and advertisements. E2SKIN may increase or decrease service content based on objective circumstances. Therefore, the specific service content shall be determined based on the actual content provided (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").
1.3 You promise to register as a E2SKIN user with your real identity and guarantee that the personal identity information provided is true, complete, and valid, and assume corresponding legal responsibilities for the information provided in accordance with legal provisions and mandatory clauses.
2.1 When using E2SKIN's services, you may need to register an account. Please submit relevant information as prompted on the registration page and complete the registration according to the steps.
2.2 After completing the registration process, you will obtain the right to use your registered account. If you have not used the account (including logging into the website or recharging) within 90 days of registration or for 365 consecutive days, E2SKIN has the right to cancel the account. After cancellation, account records and account functions will not be restored or provided.
3.1 Please keep your account name, password, bound mobile phone number, and other information related to account operations secure. When you finish using the account, you should log out securely. Operations and instructions issued using the account are deemed to be made by you. You shall bear the risks and losses caused by your account, password, or other information being misused, stolen, or illegally used due to your reasons.
3.2 You enjoy rights and assume responsibilities in accordance with the law for the actions generated by the account you hold after logging in.The account is for your personal use only and shall not be transferred, lent, given as a gift, or inherited. If you find that your account is being illegally used by others, you should immediately contact E2SKIN and provide identity information in a timely manner as required by E2SKIN to verify your identity. After verifying your identity, E2SKIN shall take reasonable measures to suspend the login and use of the account. Otherwise, E2SKIN has the right to refuse the user's request. As it takes reasonable time for us to take action on your request, if we fail to take effective measures within a reasonable time, resulting in the expansion of your losses, we will be liable for the expanded losses and will not be liable for actions or losses that occurred before taking action.
3.3 Based on business development changes, E2SKIN may suspend or limit some functions of the account service or add new functions. The functions actually provided to you shall prevail.
3.4 You shall not use any unauthorized plug-ins, cheats, or third-party tools to interfere with, disrupt, modify, or otherwise affect the services under this Agreement.
3.5 Your use of programs through the Service is subject to certain rules of conduct already included in the rules. These rules will be published on the official E2SKIN website and updated from time to time. All users using programs through the Service must comply. You are obligated to know, understand, and comply with these rules of conduct. E2SKIN reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation of the spirit of the game and take appropriate action (including but not limited to warnings, deduction of virtual currency, temporary or permanent freezing of accounts, refusal to provide services, etc.). E2SKIN reserves the right to modify these rules of conduct at any time.
Protecting your personal information is a basic principle of E2SKIN. We will protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
You understand and agree that E2SKIN's services are provided on an "as-is" basis according to the existing technology and conditions. E2SKIN will make every effort to provide you with services and ensure the continuity and security of the services; however, E2SKIN cannot always foresee and prevent legal, technical, and other risks, including but not limited to force majeure, viruses, Trojans, hacker attacks, system instability, third-party service defects, government actions, and other reasons that may lead to service interruption, data loss, and other losses and risks. E2SKIN shall not be liable for any losses caused by such risks.
You understand and agree that E2SKIN's services are provided on an "as-is" basis according to the existing technology and conditions. Your use of the services provided by E2SKIN is based on third-party platform mechanisms. For example, the storage of DOTA2 game items is now subject to the third-party platform's adjustment of item trading rules: "Items obtained through trading cannot be traded within 7 days." Therefore, the items you purchase may be temporarily unavailable due to the cooling-off period. You can wait for the cooling-off period to expire and retrieve them, or you can exchange them for platform virtual currency to purchase other items or use other services.
6.1 You should understand that you need to prepare your own terminal equipment (such as computers, modems, etc.) related to the relevant services and bear the necessary expenses (such as telephone charges, internet access fees, etc.) to use E2SKIN's services.
6.2 You understand and agree that your use of the Service will consume your terminal equipment and bandwidth resources.
7.1 You understand and agree that, in order to provide you with better services and product experience, E2SKIN may, in the process of providing services, send you advertisements, promotions, or promotional information (including commercial and non-commercial information) by itself or by third-party advertisers, and the method and scope thereof may be changed without special notice to you.
7.2 E2SKIN performs relevant obligations to advertisers in accordance with the law. You should independently judge the authenticity of advertising information and be responsible for your own judgment. Except as expressly provided by law, E2SKIN shall not be liable for any losses or damages you suffer due to transactions based on such advertising information or the content provided by the aforementioned advertisers.
8.1 Some of E2SKIN's services are provided for a fee, and there will be clear prompts on the relevant pages. If you use paid services, please abide by the relevant agreements. If you do not agree to pay such fees, please do not accept the corresponding products and services.
8.2 E2SKIN may modify and change the charging standards and methods of paid services according to actual needs, and E2SKIN may also start charging for some free services. E2SKIN will notify or announce the aforementioned modifications, changes, or start of charging on the corresponding service pages. If you do not agree to the above modifications, changes, or paid content, you should stop using the service.
When you use products or services provided by third parties on the E2SKIN platform, in addition to complying with the provisions of this Agreement, you should also comply with the third party's user agreement. Disputes arising from your use of products or services provided by third parties shall be handled by you and the third party, and E2SKIN shall only be liable within the scope stipulated by law and agreement.
10.1 You may need to download software during your use of the Service. For such software, E2SKIN grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license. You may only use this software for the purpose of accessing or using the Service.
10.2 In order to improve user experience, ensure service security, and maintain the consistency of product functions, E2SKIN may update the software. You should update the relevant software to the latest version; otherwise, E2SKIN does not guarantee its normal use.
11.1 The intellectual property rights of the content provided by E2SKIN in this service (including but not limited to web pages, text, images, audio, video, charts, etc.) belong to E2SKIN. The intellectual property rights of the content you generate while using this service belong to you or the relevant rights holders.
11.2 Unless otherwise specifically stated, the copyright, patent rights, and other intellectual property rights of the software on which E2SKIN relies to provide this service belong to E2SKIN.
11.3 The copyright or trademark rights of the commercial logos used by E2SKIN in this service, such as “Shards” , “E2SKIN,” and the E2SKIN logo image, belong to E2SKIN.
11.4 The intellectual property rights of the above and any other content contained in this service are protected by law. Without the written permission of E2SKIN, you personally, or the relevant rights holders, no one may use or create related derivative works in any form.
12.1 When using this service, you must comply with laws, regulations, and local regulations and rules, and shall not use this service to engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to:
(1) Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content that endangers national security and unity, undermines social stability, violates public order and good customs, insults, slanders, is obscene, violent, or violates national laws and regulations;
(2) Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other legitimate rights of others;
(3) Providing gambling information or inducing others to participate in gambling in any way;
(4) Maliciously fabricating facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;
(5) Engaging in activities that may infringe upon E2SKIN's service systems or data;
(6) Publishing, transmitting, or disseminating advertising information and spam;
(7) Violating local laws, regulations, or moral customs, or causing E2SKIN to be involved in political and public events due to the use of this service;
(8) Other acts prohibited by laws and regulations.
12.2 If you violate this article, E2SKIN has the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate the provision of services, and you shall bear the relevant legal responsibilities. If this causes damage to E2SKIN or other parties, you shall be liable for compensation.
12.3 If the E2SKIN platform discovers or receives reports from others that the information you publish violates this article, E2SKIN has the right to make independent judgments and take technical measures to delete, block, or disconnect links. At the same time, E2SKIN has the right to take measures including but not limited to suspending or terminating services, restricting, freezing, or terminating the use of E2SKIN accounts, and pursuing legal responsibilities, depending on the nature of your actions.
13.1 You are solely responsible for the content (including but not limited to web pages, text, pictures, audio, video, charts, etc.) that you send or disseminate through this service.
13.2 The content you send or disseminate should have a legitimate source, and the relevant content should belong to you or you should have obtained authorization from the rights holder.
13.3 You agree that E2SKIN may use the content you send or disseminate for the purpose of performing this Agreement or providing this service.
13.4 If E2SKIN receives a notice from a rights holder claiming that the content you send or disseminate infringes upon their relevant rights, E2SKIN has the right to make independent judgments and take measures such as deleting, blocking, or disconnecting links.
If you need to cancel your account, provided that your account has not been subject to restrictive measures by E2SKIN or relevant authorities such as administrative or judicial organs, you have the right to apply for cancellation through the methods and procedures published on the platform. We will provide account cancellation services after verifying your identity and handling your account rights (such as earned points) and disputes. After account cancellation, this Agreement will terminate, and we will stop providing any services to you. Of course, we also reserve the right to directly recover and cancel your account and stop services if your account meets the following conditions: a. Has not passed real-name authentication; b. Has not logged in or used the platform service for 12 consecutive months; c. Based on legal provisions or requirements of national competent authorities.
15.1 You understand and agree that during the use of this service, you may encounter risk factors such as force majeure, which may cause the service to be interrupted. Force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome, or avoided and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics, and storms, as well as social events such as wars, unrest, and government actions. In the event of the above, E2SKIN will strive to cooperate with relevant units as soon as possible to repair the service, but E2SKIN shall be exempt from liability for any losses caused to you due to this in accordance with the law.
15.2 E2SKIN is not responsible for service interruption or obstruction caused by the following situations:
(1) Damage caused by computer viruses, Trojans, or other malicious programs, or hacker attacks;
(2) Malfunctions of your or E2SKIN's computer software, systems, hardware, and communication lines;
(3) Your improper operation;
(4) Your use of this service in a way not authorized by E2SKIN.
15.3 You understand and agree that during the use of this service, you may encounter risks brought by network information or other user behavior. E2SKIN is not responsible for the authenticity, applicability, or legality of any information, nor is it responsible for the damage caused to you by infringing acts. These risks include but are not limited to:
(1) Information containing threatening, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content from anonymous or impersonating others;
(2) Any psychological, physical, or economic losses caused or potentially caused by being misled, deceived, or otherwise by others due to the use of the services under this Agreement;
(3) Other risks caused by network information or user behavior.
15.4 You understand and agree that this service is not designed for specific purposes, including but not limited to nuclear facilities, military use, medical facilities, transportation and communication, and other important areas. E2SKIN shall not be liable for any legal responsibility for personal injury, property damage, and environmental damage caused by the failure of the above operations due to software or service reasons.
15.5 E2SKIN's right to handle illegal and violating content in accordance with this Agreement does not constitute E2SKIN's obligation or commitment. E2SKIN cannot guarantee timely detection of all illegal acts or corresponding handling.
15.6 In any case, you should not easily believe in online information involving loans, requests for passwords, or other information involving property. For operations involving property, please be sure to verify the other party's identity first and pay close attention to the tips on preventing fraud provided by E2SKIN and relevant departments.
16.1 Your use of E2SKIN's services is deemed as your reading and acceptance of this Agreement and its binding.
16.2 E2SKIN has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary. You can view the latest version of the agreement terms on the relevant service pages.
16.3 After the terms of this Agreement are changed, if you continue to use the software or services provided by E2SKIN, it is deemed that you have accepted the modified agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you should stop using the software or services provided by E2SKIN.
17.1 Given the special nature of online services, you agree that E2SKIN has the right to change, interrupt, or terminate part or all of the online services (including paid online services) at any time. If the changed, interrupted, or terminated online service is a free online service, E2SKIN is not required to notify you and will not be liable to you or any third party; if the changed, interrupted, or terminated online service is a paid online service, E2SKIN shall notify you in advance before the change, interruption, or termination, and shall provide you with equivalent alternative paid online services. If you are unwilling to accept the alternative paid online services, E2SKIN shall refund the remaining service fee to you after deducting the corresponding service fee based on your actual use of the corresponding paid online services.
17.2 You understand and agree that E2SKIN needs to periodically or irregularly inspect or maintain the platform (such as internet websites, mobile networks, etc.) or related equipment that provides online services. If this causes interruption of paid online services within a reasonable time, E2SKIN will not be liable for this, but E2SKIN will make announcements as early as possible.
17.3 For each new version of E2SKIN services (including but not limited to the E2SKIN virtual item trading platform and attached related software), E2SKIN may decide at its own discretion whether to retain the right to add additional features and functions to E2SKIN services or provide program programming fixes, updates, and upgrades. E2SKIN may decide at its own discretion to modify, stop, or suspend your use of any version of E2SKIN services, and/or disable the E2SKIN services you have used or installed, without issuing a notice to you, in order to inspect, improve, and/or upgrade related technologies, or for other reasonable reasons; E2SKIN will not be liable for any compensation for direct or indirect damages caused by the release and/or non-release of new versions of E2SKIN services.
17.4 If any of the following circumstances occurs, E2SKIN has the right to immediately interrupt or terminate the services provided to you without notice:
(1) According to legal provisions, you should submit true information, but the personal data you provide is untrue or inconsistent with the information at the time of registration and you fail to provide reasonable proof;
(2) You have published illegal information, seriously violated social morality, other violations of mandatory provisions of laws, or violations of the provisions of this Agreement;
(3) According to legal provisions or the requirements of competent authorities;
(4) For security reasons or other necessary circumstances.
17.5 If you engage in improper behavior while accepting E2SKIN services, E2SKIN has the right to terminate the provision of services to you.
17.6 If you provide false registration identity information or engage in behavior that violates this Agreement, E2SKIN has the right to suspend the provision of all or part of the services to you and determine a reasonable suspension period according to the specific circumstances; E2SKIN shall notify you of the suspension measures and inform you of the suspension period.
17.7 E2SKIN has the right to charge fees based on this Agreement or other agreements agreed upon by the user. If you fail to pay on time and in full, E2SKIN has the right to interrupt, suspend, or terminate the provision of services.
17.8 You are responsible for backing up the data stored in this service yourself. If your service is terminated, E2SKIN has the right to permanently delete your data from the server. After the termination of the service, E2SKIN has no obligation to return the data to you.
18.1 The headings of all clauses in this Agreement are for reading convenience only and have no actual meaning in themselves, and cannot be used as the basis for interpreting the meaning of this Agreement.
18.2 If any part of the terms of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
